Hellooo, so a while ago I was craving a salty tomato-ish pastry so I decided to make something with ingredients that was already at home and thus the Savoury Pastry was born. It is super easy and soso good, perfect for a lazy night.

Throw the can of tomato & onion Mix onto the pastry and spread it out evenly to make sure the pastry is covered, leave a bit of space open at the edges of the pastry so that it doesn’t run out. Add Salt & Pepper  – if desired.

Cook the bacon, once cooked cut it up in smaller pieces and add it on top of the tomato pastry.

Very carefully fold both sides of the pastry halfway to the middle of the pastry so that the ends reach each other and stick them together. The raw puff pastry is quite sticky so it will stick together easily. You can leave the other ends open, some of the filling will seep out of the sides but that’s ok.

Put the pastry into the oven on 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes untill the top of the pastry turns golden brown and crispy.

Carefully take it out of the oven, be carefull not to burn yourself. Cut it up and enjoy.
